Health Partnership Forum
The Health Partnership Forum was first established in 1996 as the Interdivision Network. It was renamed the Health Partnership Forum in 2003 to better reflect the purpose of the group. Membership includes the Executive Officers and Medical Directors from four Divisions of General Practice (Adelaide Hills, Murray Mallee, Adelaide Southern and Limestone Coast), the Area Managers, Community Health Directors, Regional Planner from Country Health SA and representatives of Consumer and Carer Groups.
The membership of the group broadened in 2008 to include the Limestone Coast Division of General Practice and South East Area Health Service (to match the boundaries of the Southern Operations Group of SA Country Health). Hence, the group is now known as the Southern Health Partnerships Forum.
The secretariat is currently provided by the Murray Mallee General Practice Network.
