Mallee Coorong Primary Mental Health Partnership
‘The Partnership’ aims to strengthen relationships between a range of mental health service providers and encourage a more integrated and coordinated approach to the delivery of Mental Health services at the local level. The Partnership is chaired by the MMGPN and involves Senior Managers from the MMGPN, Country Health SA, CAMHS, Housing SA and a number of local NGOs providing mental health services in the Murray Mallee. The group meets bi-monthly.
Activities include:
- Identifying common strategic issues of interest or concern to be pursued and addressed jointly;
- Joint planning, development and implementation of coordinated and integrated programs and services to make most efficient use of limited resources and;
- Development of a broader clinical network of service providers in the Mallee Coorong.
