RDA(SA) & CHSA agree on Doctor package

It is pleasing to hear that the RDA(SA) and CHSA have concluded their negotiations, which will define the nature and intent of the engagement of our rural GP workforce.

RDA(SA) have written to their members encouraging them to accept the agreements and the remunerations package. George Beltchev, CEO of CHSA is writing to all rural GPs today, outlining the points of the agreement and providing some further information on the timing of the implementation.

From an RDWA point of view, we welcome the announcement. This will add yet another enhancement for us as recruiters in our endeavour to ensure that we have a robust number of GPs working in rural SA.
